1st Trailer For Beastie Boys Documentary Released

The first trailer for Apple TV’s upcoming Beastie Boys documentary has been released.

Billed as a ‘live documentary’, the Spike Jonez-directed Beastie Boys Story alternates between historic footage of the Brooklyn trio and members Adam ‘Ad-Rock’ Horovitz and Michael ‘Mike D’ Diamond discussing the band’s history live on stage, in a way that almost resembles a TED Talk more than a traditional rockumentary.

Beastie Boys Story will premiere in IMAX on April 2nd and on Apple TV+ on April 24th.
