For nearly 20 years Apple users have bought and stored music, movies, podcasts, and TV shows via iTunes.

That’s all changing. iTunes is being left behind as the tech giant moves forward with its media app strategy, Bloomberg reports.

As iTunes is retired to the app junkyard, users will be able to manage their Apple purchases through the music app.

The news comes just shortly after Apple was accused of selling iTunes data (see video above).
