‘Beastie Boys Story’ IMAX Debut On Hold, Apple TV+ Still Unchanged

If you were hoping to see Beastie Boys Story on the big screen, you’re going to have to wait a bit longer.

Just a week after the trailer dropped for the Spike Jonze directed documentary, IMAX announced that the April 2nd theatrical debut would be pushed back until later due to the coronavirus crisis.

Fortunately, fans can still check out the movie on Apple TV+. That release date is set for April 24.

Following the news, the group tweeted, “Please stay safe out there and stay tuned for more info.”
