Dave Grohl sure likes to keep busy. Even though the Foo Fighters are taking it somewhat easy in 2019, with only a few live shows on the schedule, that doesn’t mean their frontman is slowing down.

Grohl recently popped up at Seattle’s Pike Place Market, busking with singer/songwriter Brandi Carlile. Now it turns out there was a reason for that surprise performance.

Carlile told Rolling Stone that Grohl had stopped by her place to pitch his next endeavor, admitting, “I don’t totally want to give it away, but he came out to my house to talk to me about something he’s working on. It’s more like one of his doc-series.”

What’s it like to spend a day with Grohl? Carlile reveals, “We hung out and rode four-wheelers around my house all day, cooked dinner and did shots of tequila — just had a great time.”

What do you think the project will cover? Have you checked out Grohl’s other docu-series?
