For its fall ad campaign, Dunkin’ is paraphrasing the title of blink-182’s biggest hit.
The ads, which tout the eatery’s new menu items, are headlined with, “All the Fall Things” — a clear parody of “All the Small Things.”
While the members of the band haven’t taken legal action, on Wednesday they let Dunkin’ officials know they’re aware of the campaign by tweeting a link to one of the ads.
Could blink-182 win a lawsuit against Dunkin’? Or is “all the small things” a general term?
