Elon Must has lost the fight to delay Twitter’s lawsuit against him.

A Delaware judge has set an October trial date citing a “cloud of uncertainty” after he tried to back out of his deal to purchase the company.

Twitter is seeking a legal verdict that will force Elon to make the agreed purchase of the company at $54.20 per share.

Musk pulled the deal after concerns about the number of spam accounts on the platform.
