Family’s Beastie Boys Inspired Holiday Video Goes Viral

While some send out cards to friends and relatives during the holidays, one family stepped up their game this year to make their annual mailing a bit more memorable.
Angela Young and her two kids dressed up as the Beastie Boys and took to the streets of Toronto to recreate the trio’s “Intergalactic” music video.
Young’s original intention was for recipients of the greeting to scan a QR code to see the video as a bonus, but the response was so great, she posted the one-minute piece to YouTube.
Turns out to have been the right choice, with the video racking up over 85,000 views already.
