“Heat Waves” by Glass Animals, which previously held the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for five weeks, is currently tied with Imagine Dragons’ “Radioactive” for the second-longest run on the chart in the list’s history.

On the most recent Hot 100, “Heat Waves” spent its 87th total week at No. 17, matching the duration of “Radioactive” in 2012–14. The Weeknd’s “Blinding Lights,” which went 90 weeks on the Hot 100 from 2019-21, is the only single with a longer run.

Do you think “Heat Waves” will surpass “Blinding Lights” on the charts?
