Going Out? Beware the ‘Social Hangover’

Social Hangover is a psychology concept but as people come out of lockdown, it is becoming more and more.

The Social Hangover says that after a night of social interaction and hanging out, the next day you feel like you’re walking in quicksand or surrounded by fog.

Everything takes more energy, more work and appears to be overwhelming confusing and exhausting.

Psychologists say if you do get this feeling do not use it as a reason to stay indoors. You should do the opposite and use it as a sign to continue to adjust to getting back outside.

Have you experienced this feeling?
