HBO Max Making ‘Batman’ Series About Gotham PD

HBO Max is developing a new Batman series centered around the Gotham City Police Department.

The show will be a spinoff of the upcoming reboot movie The Batman, which is due in theaters sometime next year. Director Matt Reeves will be one of the show’s creators.

The show is believed to be part of an expanded Batman universe across multiple platforms.
