Legendary director and “Halo” fan Steven Spielberg actually assisted the showrunner and producer of the series when it was being developed.

Yes, the same guy who directed “E.T.” provided notes for the show to help it become a standalone series outside of the video game franchise.

“Halo” premieres on Paramount+ on March 24.
