‘Joker’ Tops The Box Office

The Joker is laughing his way to another box office win.

Joker: Folie à Deux took the #1 spot with $40 million in its opening weekend – enough for a win but failing to live up to projections of up to $65 million.

The Wild Robot took second place with $18.7 million, followed by Beetlejuice Beetlejuice with $10.3 million.

Transformers One ($5.3 million) and Speak No Evil ($2.8 million) rounded out the top five.
