Kentucky Kingdom and Hurricane Bay Purchased by New Owners

The popular amusement parks Kentucky Kingdom and Hurricane Bay have been purchased by new owners.
The news was announced at a press conference on Tuesday morning with Gov. Andy Beshear, Mayor Greg Fischer, and Kentucky Kingdom President and CEO Ed Hart.
The new owners have not been identified yet, but signs point toward Georgia-based Herschend Family Entertainment as the new owner.
