After creating a memorable onstage character in Korn, frontman Jonathan Davis has done the same in an upcoming horror flick called “The Devil’s Tree.”

That’s according to the film’s director, Joshua Petrino, who says the vocalist-turned-actor did an “amazing job” appearing as the villain in the indie flick. “He really helped us create a┬ámemorable character and it was a┬álot of fun working with him,” Petrino says.

The movie focuses on a group of young people who become trapped in a house after accidentally finding the gateway to hell, according to its official synopsis. There’s no word yet on a release date.
