Nearly 20 years after its release, Linkin Park’s “Hybrid Theory” has been certified 12 times platinum in the U.S.

The certification means at least 12 million copies of the album have been sold since it dropped in 2000.

Linkin Park is planning to commemorate the 20th anniversary of “Hybrid Theory” by releasing a 20th anniversary edition, which will be packed with extras, on October 9th.

Is “Hybrid Theory” Linkin Park’s best album? Is the album just as relevant today as it was in 2000?
