Lorde Covers Bruce Springsteen

Lorde made a surprise public appearance on Wednesday at a show in New Zealand.
Popping up at at New Zealand performer Marlon Williams’ show, Lorde joined in for a cover of Bruce Springsteen’s “Tougher Than the Rest.”
A clip filmed by a fan shows Lorde throwing back some whiskey before the two sing together on a piano bench.

Lorde has been teasing new music since last May, so maybe we’ll be seeing more of her in the near future.
