Lzzy Hale Responds To Grammy Snub By Quoting Alice Cooper

Halestorm failed to land a Grammy nomination earlier this week – but frontwoman Lzzy Hale isn’t sweating it.

After fans pointed out the snub on social media, Hale responded:

In the words of Alice Cooper last time we spoke of this dilemma. “Rock is exactly where it needs to be right now”, out of the spotlight and in the dirty underground. We are building, and when it’s right we will emerge and be kings once again.

Halestorm released the single “Back From The Dead” in August and are working on a full-length studio album due out next year.
