Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan is expanding his winemaking business.
Keenan is opening up a new seven-acre facility that includes the Caduceus Cellars Hilltop Facility and Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Winery & Trattoria.
The new site includes five acres of vineyard and a 9,500-square foot production facility.
Keenan has been making wine for nearly two decades – he founded Caduceus Cellars in 2004 and produces 8,000 cases a year.
He’s also hitting the road with Tool in October and November, but first stopping in Louisville for Louder Than Life in September.
