Need To Access Downtown? Here Are Your Routes

Access to downtown Louisville is being restricted by the LMPD in anticipation of a decision concerning the Breonna Taylor case.
If you’re needing to come downtown because you live or work in the area, the LMPD has tweeted traffic options.
REGARDING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
For legitimate business notify an officer at any of these locations:
INTO downtown
2nd and Jefferson
9th and Chestnut
8th and Market
7th and Broadway
OUT of downtown, go to:

3rd and Market

Right now it is unclear when Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron may make an announcement in the case, but these restrictions will be in place until further notice.
Additionally, access to parking garages and foot traffic will be limited.
