Netflix’s new gaming service launched Tuesday with little fanfare – and even fewer games.

Netflix Games made its bow with just a handful of titles – and two of them center on the streaming network’s series “Stranger Things.” They are Stranger Things: 1984, which was formerly known as Stranger Things: The Game, and Stranger Things 3: The Game. Other titles that are available include Shooting Hoops, Teeter Up and Card Blast – which is the only game specifically designed for the new Netflix service, says Mike Verdu, VP of game development.

“Whether you’re craving a casual game you can start from scratch or an immersive experience that lets you dig deeper into your favorite stories, we want to begin to build a library of games that offers something for everyone,” Verdu says. “We’re in the early days of creating a great gaming experience, and we’re excited to take you on this journey with us.”

How long do you expect Netflix Games to last?
