In 2000, Papa Roach carved out a place for themselves in rock history by releasing their breakthrough album, Infest. And in 2020, the group plans to commemorate the two-decade anniversary.

“We’re going to celebrate the 20-year anniversary of our album Infest,” singer Jacoby Shaddix says. “And so, April 25th, 2020, we will be having a celebration.”

While Shaddix isn’t exactly forthcoming about what the celebration will entail, he says he believes the album’s music has stood the test of time.

“This music is purpose-driven,” he says of Infest’s tracks. “And I know that there’s a reason why I’m here on this planet creating music and creating art with my brothers in Papa Roach.”

Infest, which was Papa Roach’s second album and first release on a major label, peaked at number five and has been certified triple platinum.

Do you agree that Infest has held up over the years? Has Papa Roach done anything better than Infest?
