The Playstation 5 has barely been out for three months, and already it’s inspired a class-action lawsuit.

A U.S. firm has filed a lawsuit claiming the PS5 controller is defective and subject to ‘drifting’ without any user input.  They’re inviting disgruntled PS5 owners to add their name to the lawsuit online.

The firm, CSK&D, also has an ongoing lawsuit against Nintendo over Switch controllers with the same issue, with more than 25,000 plaintiffs.

Have you been able to get your hands on a PS5 yet?
