Pope Francis Keeps Tweeting About the New Orleans Saints By Accident

If you follow Pope Francis on X, you may have noticed that he is REALLY into the New Orleans Saints.

Or, is he?

It turns out, Pope Francis has accidentally been using the Saints hashtag with the team’s fleur-de-lis logo attached.

So, when the Pope tweets about the Saints being “precious pearls” and having lives that are “an illustration of the Good News that Jesus brought to humanity,” there’s a good chance he is not talking about the NFL team.

Even still, the Saints responded to the Pope on Thursday, tweeting: “Amen #Saints”
