Report: 10,000 Restaurants Could Close By The End Of The Year

Many restaurants have been forced to close down due to lost business from the pandemic – and it might get a lot worse in the coming weeks.
A sobering report from the National Restaurant Association predicts that as many as 10,000 restaurants could close their doors between now and the end of the year.
Already about 17% of the country’s restaurants have closed permanently in 2020. Most places have seen revenues drop by an average of 36%.
