Rick Astley Sings Cover of Foo Fighters’ ‘Everlong’

The Foo Fighters once brought Rick Astley onstage to troll an entire fan-filled arena, leading to possible the largest Rick-roll ever by singing Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up”.

Now, Astley has shared some “new music” with fans, performing a cover of Foo Fighters’ “Everlong” in his latest home-studio video…and you know what? His cover’s pretty damn smooth.

Before launching into the song, Astley says “Sometimes you have to find the song that’s going to lift your spirits and put you in another place. One of the bands I go to, believe it or not, is Foo Fighters.”
