Signs of Burnout You Should Not Ignore

Burnout is real and there are ways of knowing if you are experiencing it.

According to the World Health Organization, these are eight signs of burnout:

  • Pessimism
  • Sleep issues
  • Head or stomach aches
  • Low immunity
  • Weight gain
  • Isolation
  • Muscle pain
  • Using food, alcohol, or drugs to cope
