The teenage son of Taylor Hawkins paid tribute to his dad in the best way possible – behind a drum kit.
Shane Hawkins covered the Foo Fighters song “My Hero” at a Fourth of July block party, performing with local band The Alive.
Video of the performance surfaced on TikTok on Friday, with the caption “The hawk would’ve been proud.”
The Foo Fighters will be holding two tribute concerts for Hawkins in September, one in Los Angeles and one in London.
