The customer is always right and there’s nothing you can do about it, right? Uber doesn’t think so. The ride share company says it’ll soon ban passengers with low ratings.

Business Insider reports customers will receive tips to help improve their ratings – such as being polite, not leaving behind trash, and not pushing drivers to speed.

Drivers are already subject to the company’s rating system which will boot them for poor performance.

Aren’t these suggestions common sense? How do you handle problem customers? Have you had to ban someone one? Have you been banned by a company?
