Welcome to Rockville Lands New 2020 Location

After nine years as a Jacksonville, Florida concert experience, Danny Wimmer Presents announced over the weekend that Welcome to Rockville is moving 90 miles over to Daytona for 2020. Jacksonville’s development projects forced the festival to move out of Metro Park.

Welcome to Rockville is relocating to Daytona Beach, FL! The 2020 festival will be held May 8, 9, + 10 at the Daytona International Speedway. We cannot wait to unveil the lineup for you in the coming months. It’s bigger than EVER.

Social media users seemed confused by the announcement. Many users asked why the festival is still being called “Welcome to Rockville” when it’s being moved to the Daytona International Speedway May 8th – 10th. Danny Wimmer promised concertgoers “more room to continue the growing festival experience.” Lineup and ticket details were not announced.
