A new study from The University of Chicago determined that re-watching your favorite shows is actually good for you!

No mental work is being done re-watching something you’ve already seen, so you can fully enjoy what you’re watching. The nostalgic feel also gives you a sense of calm and can allow you to focus on different perspectives about the characters you love.
