Amazon Quietly Changes Free Shipping Minimums for Non-Prime Members

Amazon has been raising the free shipping threshold for some non-Prime members.

Before, non-Prime members had to spend at least $25 for free shipping on orders. Now, that number has gone up to $35.

Additionally, this change is being applied only to select customers, depending on where they live.

Amazon spokesperson Kristina Pressentin confirmed the threshold changes but did not disclose why certain non-Prime customers are seeing this change and not others.

As for Prime members, they are not impacted by these changes.

Considering how much money Amazon makes, are you surprised they’ve decided to make this move?
