Amazon Quietly Changes Free Shipping Minimums for Non-Prime Members

Amazon has been raising the free shipping threshold for some non-Prime members.
Before, non-Prime members had to spend at least $25 for free shipping on orders. Now, that number has gone up to $35.
Additionally, this change is being applied only to select customers, depending on where they live.
Amazon spokesperson Kristina Pressentin confirmed the threshold changes but did not disclose why certain non-Prime customers are seeing this change and not others.
As for Prime members, they are not impacted by these changes.
