Apple Jacks Up Prices On iPhone Batteries

If you’ve been putting off getting your iPhone’s battery replaced, you might want to act sooner rather than later.

Apple has revealed plans to increase the price of batteries by $20 for all iPhones up to 13. That means batteries will now cost $89 for the iPhone X through 13, and $69 for the iPhone 5 through SE. Batteries for iPhone 14s or higher will remain the same, the company reports.

The new prices go into effect on March 1st, according to Apple.
