Frontman Aaron Bruno said tying to create something fun during the pandemic seemed like the best option he had.

He explained, “Music is there to help people, it’s supposed to be fun. When it can be lighthearted, that’s a great thing. That was generally the attitude I took to making this whole project.”

He says the record was a nice alternative to “looking at negative news all the time and living in a constant state of panic” saying it was therapeutic for him.
