Bijou Phillips Files for Divorce From Danny Masterson

After being sentenced to 30 years in prison for rape, Danny Masterson’s wife, Bijou Phillips, filed for divorce.

Bijou filed the divorce paperwork via her attorney on Monday.

Bijou was by Danny’s side throughout his court case, from trial to re-trial to sentencing, and she even wrote a character letter to the judge on her husband’s behalf.

According to divorce papers, Bijou wants legal and physical custody of their 9-year-old daughter, spousal support, and the right to change her legal name back to Bijou Phillips.
