In case your fragile mind can’t handle the shock, there’s a lot more than bands playing at Coachella. It turns out that there was a massive spike in people getting treated for herpes as well.

According to TMZ, “(HerpAlert) has seen a massive surge in folks seeking prescriptions for herpes since Day 1 at Coachella.”

1,105 cases have been reported in Indio, Palm Desert and Coachella Valley. Other surrounding cities always say increases due to many of the concert-goers living outside the Coachella grounds.

A standard day at HerpAlert may bring about 12 people, but the average around Coachella spiked up to 250.

Just a warning that what happens in the desert, might not always stay in the desert.
