The ranking is based on an artist’s popularity and sales data from their entire catalog, which consists of both physical and digital streaming and sales.
One benefit of this technique is how effectively it captures career longevity, reacting to popularity increases on streaming platforms even for older songs. Artists may then be ranked based on their equivalent album sales totals.
Em has now pushed Led Zeppelin down to the 11th position replacing the band in the 10th spot.
