Kentucky Humane Society Waiving Adoption Fees for Adult Dogs Due to Space Constrictions

The Kentucky Humane Society is in urgent need of adopters for medium and large dogs and is waiving adoption fees for all dogs weighing more than 40 pounds from June 9-12.

All adult dog kennels are occupied, meaning that KHS cannot take in any more dogs.

All dogs are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Applications are processed between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekends at two Louisville locations.
