Linkin Park Moves To Dismiss Lawsuit From Ex-Bass Player

Linkin Park is asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by former bassist Kyle Christner.

Christner is suing over writing credits and royalties, claiming he played on “more than twenty songs” that appear on the Hybrid Theory 20th-anniversary box set released in 2020.

Attorneys for Linkin Park say Christner’s claims are “rife with defects” and that the statue of limitations has already expired.

Should Linkin Park give Christner credit if was in the band when they wrote those songs?
