Marilyn Manson Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Minor

Another sexual misconduct lawsuit has been filed against Marilyn Manson — and this time, it involves an underage girl.

The suit, filed by “Jane Doe” in a Long Island court, claims Manson — whose real name is Brian Warner — invited a 16-year-old Texas girl onto his tour bus in 1995. “While on the tour bus, defendant Warner performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct upon plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including but not limited to forced copulation and penetration,” the suit reads. Afterward, Manson told the girl to, “get the f*** off my bus,” according to the lawsuit. He then threatened to kill her and her family if she told anyone about the incident, per the suit.

“This suit by this survivor is a giant step in bringing light and heat to an industry that has been hiding perils in plain sight,” says attorney Jeff Anderson. “It’s time to face the music.”
