Nirvana’s breakout album, Nevermind, has joined some elite company with its latest milestone.

The record has officially spent a total of 650 weeks on the Billboard 200 – the ninth-most in history.

The album sits just ahead of Michael Jackson’s Thriller and just behind Guns N’ Roses’ Greatest Hits.

However, it’s got a long way to go to catch up to the all-time record holder, Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon, which has spent a whopping 988 weeks on the chart.
