A Houston, Texas yoga instructor has decided to make yoga a little more metal.
Ashley Duzich teaches ‘Rage Yoga‘, which combines the typical stretching and breathing exercises with anger-venting activities like cursing and rocking out to some heavy metal. They even take ‘beer breaks’ during sessions.
Duzich says “We’re all angry about something” and that Rage Yoga lets you “just scream it out”.
