A much-hyped post-Super Bowl livestream from the Foo Fighters didn’t go so well.
The issue wasn’t the Foos themselves – their 40-minute set had been pre-recorded ahead of time. But Meta’s VR livestream was plagued by crashes and connection issues, leaving many fans unable to enter the virtual ‘venue’ to see the show.
Officials say “unprecedented” demand for the event led to some technical issues.
Did you check out the Foos livestream? Have you entered the ‘Metaverse’ yet?
