The Breonna Taylor Grand Jury Verdict Is In

After months of waiting, the grand jury has finally released a verdict in the Breonna Taylor case.

Former LMPD officer, Brett Hankison, has been indicted on three counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment. The charge of 1st degree wanton endangerment is a Class D felony, carrying a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison.

He is the only officer to be charged in the shooting of Breonna Taylor.

Bond was set at $15,000 and a warrant issued for his arrest.
