Twitter Now Forces You To Sign In To View Tweets

Twitter is making more changes. The platform is reportedly blocking non-logged-in users from viewing tweets to prevent data scrapers.
Social Media Today says that Tweet embeds and tweets in Google Search are still accessible outside of the actual app.
And they add that Twitter is increasing measures to encourage users to log in and limiting unauthorized third-party access.
Social Media Today also points out that this can be something they’re doing to focus on OpenAI.
The outlet said, “There are indications that OpenAI, the maker of ChatGPT, has been accessing public tweet data, after Twitter cut it off from its API, due to the company’s use of tweets to fuel its generative AI models.”
