Weezer Putting Ideas Together for Album Anniversary

Weezer is working on some plans for 2024.

With their debut record celebrating its 30th anniversary next year, frontman Rivers Cuomo has promised that the band is already working on some big ideas.

In a new interview, Cuomo said the band’s Blue Album will be re-released as a “deluxe package” and they are planning some kind of tour.

He explained, “We’re putting ideas together. It’s just this tidal wave of passion. So, we are going to give it its due respect and come out with a really amazing deluxe package with a bunch of additional material, and of course, we’ve gotta do some kind of epic tour.”
