Americans Need An Extra $11,000 Just To Get By

How much is inflation costing us?  More than $11,000 a year, according to a new report.

A Senate analysis found that the typical American household needs an extra $11,434 to maintain its standard of living from two years ago.

While hourly wages have increased by more than 13% over that time, it’s not enough to match the 17% increase from inflation.
